Director and Lead Registered Osteopath
With nearly 20 years of experience as an Osteopath, Rob has worked with elite athletes, weekend warriors, and the general public alike.

Currently, Rob serves as the Lead Therapist for FLP (Fudge London Project), a program led by Steve Fudge, who has coached athletes to multiple Olympic, World, European, and Commonwealth medals, including guiding three British sprinters to run sub-10-second times in the men’s 100m.
Rob has also worked as a consultant for British Athletics for four years, traveling globally to support athletes at training camps and major competitions, including World and European Championships.

Prior to this, Rob was the Clinical Lead Performance Therapist at Oaklands Wolves Athletics Club, where he managed the medical team and worked trackside with some of GB’s top elite sprinters and track athletes.
Rob’s approach is focused on identifying the root causes of any issue, working closely with patients to treat, manage, and resolve the problem, and then optimizing movement and performance. To achieve this, he combines manual therapy, joint manipulation, modern acupuncture, rehabilitation, and exercise prescription.
Rob holds a Diploma in Sports and Exercise Rehabilitation from Herts University, with specialized training in Functional Rehabilitation, Advanced Injury Prevention Management, and Strength and Conditioning. This unique blend of expertise enhances his ability to approach and resolve patient issues effectively.

Additionally, Rob has lectured as a final-year technique and clinic tutor at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he began his training in 2001.
